Main Ingredients
- 4 slices whole grain bread
- 200 g turkey breast, sliced
- 1 avocado, sliced
- 2 slices cheese (your choice)
- 1 tomato, sliced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Olive oil or butter for grilling
Preheat your panini press or a grill pan.
Spread a thin layer of olive oil or butter on one side of each bread slice.
Layer turkey, avocado, cheese, and tomato on the unbuttered side of two bread slices. Season with salt and pepper.
Top with the remaining bread slices, buttered side out.
Grill the sandwiches until the bread is golden and the cheese is melted, about 3-5 minutes.
