Main Ingredients
- 500 g Ground Beef lean
- 1 cup Breadcrumbs
- 1 unit Egg beaten
- 1 unit Onion finely chopped
- 2 tablespoon Ketchup
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 0.5 teaspoon Black Pepper
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, beaten egg, chopped onion, ketchup, salt, and pepper.
Mix well until all ingredients are evenly incorporated.
Grease a muffin tin and divide the meat mixture evenly into the cups.
Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the meat is cooked through.
Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
