Main Ingredients
- 2 cups shredded coconut
- ⅔ cup sweetened condensed milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 pinch salt
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded coconut, sweetened condensed milk, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt. Mix well.
Using a spoon, drop small mounds of the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet.
Bake for 15 minutes or until the edges are golden brown.
Let the macaroons cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
