Main Ingredients
- 2 pieces Chicken Breasts grilled
- ½ cup Mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon Mustard
- 1 cup Celery chopped
- ½ cup Red Onion chopped
- 8 slices Bread toasted
- to taste Salt and Pepper
1. Grill the chicken breasts until fully cooked, about 5-7 minutes per side.
2. Let the chicken cool, then chop into small pieces.
3. In a mixing bowl, combine the mayonnaise, mustard, celery, and red onion.
4. Add the chopped chicken to the bowl and mix well. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
5. Toast the bread slices.
6. Assemble the sandwiches by spreading the chicken salad mixture on four slices of bread and topping with the remaining slices.
