Receta de Sándwich Caprese Tostado

Main Ingredients
- 4 slices bread
- 1 large tomato sliced
- 100 g Fresh mozzarella sliced
- 10 leaves Fresh basil
- 2 tablespoon Olive oil
- to taste Salt and pepper
Preheat a skillet over medium heat.
Brush one side of each bread slice with olive oil.
Layer tomato slices, mozzarella, and basil on the un-oiled side of two bread slices. Season with salt and pepper.
Top with the remaining bread slices, oiled side out.
Place sandwiches in the skillet and cook until golden brown and cheese is melted, about 2-3 minutes per side.
