  • 2 cups Cooked Chicken, shredded
  • 2 cups Broccoli, steamed
  • 1 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1 cup Sour Cream
  • 1 cup Cheddar Cheese, shredded
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice
  • 1 teaspoon Curry Powder
  • to taste Salt and Pepper

Elaboración paso a paso 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise, sour cream, lemon juice, curry powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Add the shredded chicken and steamed broccoli to the mixture and stir until well combined.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread it evenly.
  5. Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese on top.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  7. Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
