- 4 pieces Chicken breasts boneless, skinless
- 1 cup Mayonnaise
- ½ cup Grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup Breadcrumbs
- 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Paprika
- to taste Salt and pepper
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine the mayonnaise, grated Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, and paprika.
Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
Spread the mayonnaise mixture over each chicken breast.
Coat each chicken breast with breadcrumbs.
Place the chicken breasts in a baking dish.
Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and the top is golden brown.
