  • 1 whole Turkey about 12 pounds
  • 1 cup Butter melted
  • 2 tablespoon Salt
  • 1 tablespoon Black Pepper freshly ground
  • 1 tablespoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 tablespoon Onion Powder
  • 1 tablespoon Paprika

Elaboración paso a paso 

  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (165°C).
  2. Rinse the turkey and pat it dry with paper towels.
  3. Brush the turkey with melted butter and season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika.
  4. Place the turkey in a roasting pan and cover loosely with aluminum foil.
  5. Roast the turkey in the preheated oven for about 3 hours, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
  6. Remove the foil during the last 30 minutes of cooking to allow the skin to brown.
  7. Let the turkey rest for 20 minutes before carving.
