Main Ingredients
- 1 whole Duck cleaned and prepared
- 3 tablespoon Honey
- 2 tablespoon Soy Sauce
- 1 tablespoon Grated Ginger
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
- to taste Salt
- to taste Black Pepper
Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
In a mixing bowl, combine honey, soy sauce, grated ginger, minced garlic, and olive oil.
Rub the duck with salt and black pepper, then coat it with the honey-soy mixture.
Place the duck in a baking dish and roast in the preheated oven for about 1 hour, basting occasionally with the pan juices.
Once cooked, let the duck rest for 10 minutes before carving. Serve with your favorite side dishes.
