Main Ingredients
- 4 slices ciabatta bread
- 4 slices prosciutto
- 4 slices provolone cheese
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 handful arugula
- to taste salt
- to taste pepper
Preheat your panini press.
Brush the ciabatta slices with olive oil.
Layer prosciutto and provolone on two slices of bread.
Add arugula, salt, and pepper.
Top with the remaining bread slices.
Grill in the panini press for 3-5 minutes until golden and the cheese is melted.
