Main Ingredients
- 2 cups Tapioca Flour
- 1 cup Milk
- ½ cup Vegetable Oil
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 ½ cups Grated Parmesan Cheese
- 2 units Eggs
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a saucepan, heat the milk, oil, and salt until it comes to a boil.
Remove from heat and add the tapioca flour, stirring until smooth.
Let the mixture cool for a few minutes, then add the eggs and cheese, mixing well.
Form small balls with the dough and place them on a baking tray.
Bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
