Main Ingredients
- 2 cups Chickpea Flour
- 2 cups Water
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 teaspoon Rosemary chopped
Preheat the oven to 450°F (230°C).
In a bowl, whisk together the chickpea flour, water, and salt until smooth.
Let the batter rest for 30 minutes.
Pour the batter into a greased baking pan and drizzle with olive oil.
Sprinkle chopped rosemary on top.
Bake for 30 minutes or until golden brown.
Let it cool before slicing and serving.
