Main Ingredients
- 4 fillets Sea Bass cleaned and scaled
- 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black Pepper freshly ground
- 1 lemon Lemon sliced
Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
Brush the sea bass fillets with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
Place the fillets on the grill, skin side down, and cook for 4-5 minutes.
Flip the fillets and cook for another 3-4 minutes until the fish is opaque and flakes easily with a fork.
Serve the grilled sea bass with lemon slices.
