Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
In a saucepan, heat the olive oil and sauté the garlic until fragrant.
Add the spinach and cook until wilted. Season with salt and pepper.
In a baking dish, spread a layer of tomato sauce.
Place a layer of lasagna noodles over the sauce.
Spread a layer of the spinach mixture over the noodles.
Spread a layer of ricotta cheese over the spinach.
Repeat the layers until all ingredients are used, finishing with a layer of tomato sauce.
Top with mozzarella and parmesan cheese.
Bake in the preheated oven for 30-40 minutes, until the cheese is golden and bubbly.
Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
