  • 12 sheets Lasagna noodles pre-cooked
  • 500 g Spinach fresh or frozen
  • 250 g Ricotta cheese
  • 200 g Mozzarella cheese shredded
  • 50 g Parmesan cheese grated
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 500 ml Tomato sauce
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Elaboración paso a paso 

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. In a saucepan, heat the olive oil and sauté the garlic until fragrant.
  3. Add the spinach and cook until wilted. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. In a baking dish, spread a layer of tomato sauce.
  5. Place a layer of lasagna noodles over the sauce.
  6. Spread a layer of the spinach mixture over the noodles.
  7. Spread a layer of ricotta cheese over the spinach.
  8. Repeat the layers until all ingredients are used, finishing with a layer of tomato sauce.
  9. Top with mozzarella and parmesan cheese.
  10. Bake in the preheated oven for 30-40 minutes, until the cheese is golden and bubbly.
  11. Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
