Elaboración paso a paso
Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
In a mixing bowl, combine the ground beef with salt and pepper. Form into 4 patties.
Grill the patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until desired doneness.
Place a slice of mozzarella cheese on each patty during the last minute of cooking to melt.
Toast the burger buns on the grill for a minute.
Assemble the burgers: place the patties on the buns, top with tomato slices, basil leaves, and a drizzle of olive oil and balsamic glaze if using.
Serve immediately.
