Main Ingredients
- 500 g Flour
- 10 g Salt
- 40 g Sugar
- 10 g Yeast
- 300 ml Milk warm
- 250 g Butter cold
- 1 Egg beaten, for egg wash
In a mixing bowl, combine flour, salt, sugar, and yeast.
Add warm milk and mix until a dough forms.
Roll out the dough and fold in the cold butter.
Repeat rolling and folding process three times.
Cut the dough into triangles and roll into croissant shapes.
Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Brush with beaten egg and let rise for 1 hour.
Bake at 200°C (392°F) for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
