Main Ingredients
- 1.5 kg Punta de solomillo trimmed
- 2 tablespoon Olive oil
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black pepper freshly ground
- 3 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 tablespoon Fresh rosemary chopped
Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
Rub the punta de solomillo with olive oil, salt, black pepper, garlic, and rosemary.
Place the meat on the grill and cook for about 30 minutes on each side, or until the internal temperature reaches 60°C (140°F) for medium-rare.
Remove from the grill and let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
Slice and serve with your favorite sides.
